The Miss Auburn Scholarship Program will provide matching funds for the web donations received on behalf of each contestant. The contestants ranked 1st through 5th based on total dollars recieved will be eligible as follows.


Matching funds will be limited to the amount of donations received by the contestant.

Donations will continue to be accepted and paid in full to contestants up through the Awards Ceremony on February 16th but will not qualify for matching funds.

The "rank" column above indicates the contests current ranking based on the total dollars she has received from her contestant profile web page. The lowest "rank" number has received the most money. If two contestants have the same "rank" it means they are currently tied.

A contestant receives a total of $235 in web donations and is ranked in 3rd. This would make her eligible to receive up to $500 in matching funds. Since she only obtained $235 however, she would recieve a matching amount of $235 bringing the total scholarship money earned from her web donations to $470.

A contestant receives a total of $325 in web donations and is ranked in 4th. This would make her eligible to receive up to $200 in matching funds. Since her donations exceeded the amount she was eligible to receive in matching funds, she would get the maximum of $200 added to her donations. The total scholarship money earned from her web donations would be $325 plus $200 for a total of $525. Had she been ranked in 3rd she would have been eligible to receive up to $500 and the entire $325 would then be matched earning her $650 instead.
